Mohammed Sharif began his journey as a shepherd in 1960 in Osmanabad district. He tirelessly traveled across the villages of Maharashtra to collect the best breeds of goats and lambs. His hard work paid off when he began selling these superior breeds in Mumbai, Deonar.

Since 1970, he has been supplying goat and lamb meat to five-star hotels in Mumbai. With his expertise in selecting the best breeds, Mohammed Sharif has been recognized as one of the top goat and lamb breed selectors in Mahasrahtra.

Mohammed Fazal always aspired to supply premium-quality goat and lamb to five-star hotels. This ambition drove him to travel across India, visiting over 700 villages to source the best breeds. Learning from his father, Mohammed Sharif, he set up teams of village farmers across different parts of India.

In 1990, he established the company named Paramount to enhance and expand the business further. He implemented stringent temperature control checks during the processing and delivery of the products.

Aamir, coming from a commerce background, has infused modern business principles into the family venture. After completing his studies, he joined Paramount in 2018 and took on a leadership role in managing the business. With his keen understanding of commerce and business strategies, Aamir has been instrumental in getting the products lab-tested to verify their authenticity and quality.

He has also implemented modern technology to enhance operations, ensuring that Paramount continues to deliver the highest quality products to its customers.
